NTT East, Bhutan Telecom ink ICT personnel exchange deal

Nippon Telegraph and Telephone East (NTT East) and Bhutanese operator Bhutan Telecom have signed a memorandum of understanding to expand their relationship and business through technical expertise and personnel exchanges in the ICT field. NTT East and Bhutan Telecom plan to carry out cooperative activities such as technical exchanges in the fields of network operation / maintenance, ICT services, and network security. The agreement also covers an exchange program for Bhutan Telecom and NTT East personnel development.
