Nuance to power BMW's in-car infotainment systems

Voice and language software company Nuance has announced that its Dragon Drive connected car voice technologies will power the in-car infotainment systems for BMW Group vehicle models in 2015 and 2016. The BMW Group 7Series was the first to feature a conversational user interface built with Nuance's hybrid embedded-cloud voice recognition, natural language understanding (NLU), barge-in and text-to-speech services.
