Nvidia brings streaming games service to iOS over Safari browser

Nvidia has started offering its GeForce NOW game streaming service on Apple's iOS platform, via the Safari web browser. This gives subscribers the ability to stream live games on iPhones and iPads.

Over 750 PC games are available on GeForce NOW, including popular titles such as Assassin's Creed Valhalla, Destiny 2 Beyond Light and Shadow of the Tomb Raider. Users need a gamepad for controls, as games with keyboard and mouse only are not supported.

Nvidia said it's working with Epic Games on a touchscreen version that would make Fortnite accessible on the platform soon. This would give iOS device users a new way to access the game, after Apple suspended the Fortnite app for app store violations.

GeForce NOW counts over 5 million subscribers. The service starts at USD 4.99 per month.
