NXP, Baidu Cloud partner on secure IoT services in China

NXP Semiconductors has signed a partnership agreement with Baidu Cloud. The two companies plan to jointly promote innovation and support developers and ecosystem partners in building safe and smart IoT applications. Under the terms of the deal, NXP will support Baidu's smart IoT platform dubbed 'Tiangong', from cloud to IoT device security with its Secure Element (SE).
