NXP Semiconductors raises dividend 50%, starts new share buyback

NXP Semiconductors announced a 50 percent increase in its interim dividend and plans for a new share buyback programme. The company said the decisions are based on the "significant strength" of its capital structure, and the board's confidence in the company's ability to drive long-term growth and strong cash flow.
