O2 Germany tests customer service callback option

Telefonica Deutschland has started a customer service callback option. Customers can make a request on the operator's website or in the Mein O2 app to be called back at a certain time, allowing them to avoid waiting on the phone. Initially the option is available for questions about contracts and tariffs and will later be expanded to other areas of service. If the pilot proves successful, the service will be rolled out by the end of 2017.
