Obermann may move to small foreign co after leaving Telekom

Rene Obermann would like to move to a smaller company when he steps down as Deutsche Telekom CEO at the end of 2013, Onlinekosten.de reported. Speaking at Munich's Digital Life Design (DLD) conference in Munich on 20 January, Obermann said that at a smaller company, there would be closer contact with the technical side of the business. Technology is developing so quickly that he would like to restart the learning process. He added that he could very well imagine moving abroad, but not to the US, because he is too much of a European, he said.
