Oberthur Technologies (OT) announced a deal to help Telefonica Spain migrate to a new generation SIM Over-The-Air (OTA) platform. Under the terms of the partnership, Telefonica's SIM OTA platform will be upgraded to benefit from the latest standards and functionalities, ensuring accurate network settings at any time while deploying and activating new services on SIM cards with a short time-to-market on a massive scale.
