Ofcom announces new rules for unrestricted Openreach duct, pole access

UK regulator Ofcom has announced new draft rules to give rival companies better access to Openreach infrastructure, including telegraph poles and underground tunnels. The measures are designed to support competition and investment certainty in business markets.
