Ofcom consults on Duct, Pole Access pricing proposals

UK regulator Ofcom has published a consultation on pricing proposals for Duct and Pole Access (DPA) remedies, as part of its Wholesale Local Access market review. This latest document proposes caps on Openreach's rental charges for accessing its its duct and pole network, with Ofcom hoping this will boost certainty and predictability for investors.
