Ofcom consults on initial proposals to promote full-fibre investment, competition

UK regulator Ofcom has opened a consultation on its plans to promote competition and investment in full-fibre networks. The consultation closes on 07 June and outlines proposed regulation for supporting competition and further investment from Openreach, Virgin Media and alternative networks.
