Ofcom consults on mobile number plan changes

UK regulator Ofcom has published a consultation on proposed changes to the National Telephone Numbering Plan. The consultation closes on 21 December and focuses on plans to simplify the designation of of numbers beginning '07x' so they can only be used for genuinely mobile services.
