Ofcom investigates Vodafone complaints handling

Wednesday 10 February 2016 | 18:23 CET | News
UK regulator Ofcom has decided to expand an investigation into how customer complaints are handled by Vodafone, reports The Telegraph. An initial 6-month investigation found that the operator could have mishandled customer complaints. Ofcom found that it caused 'low levels" of harm to customers who complained about billing issues' and will now investigate its entire complaints-handling process. A decision will be announced later in 2016.
