Ofcom outlines measures to protect out-of-contract broadband, vulnerable customers

UK regulator Ofcom has announced new measures to ensure fairer prices for out-of-contract broadband customers, as well as better protection for vulnerable customers. The measures are part of Ofcom's wider work to ensure fairness for customers.
