Ofcom proposes new 'one touch switch' process for broadband, landline customers

UK regulator Ofcom is consulting on new proposals to introduce a new 'one touch' process to make it easier for broadband and landline customers to switch provider. The consultation closes on 31 March, with Ofcom publishing its final decision in summer 2021.
