Ofcom proposes regulatory changes to support Openreach fibre, IP upgrade trials

UK regulator Ofcom is consulting on proposed regulatory changes to support Openreach trials in Salisbury and Mildenhall. The consultation closes on 06 January 2020, with Ofcom aiming to publish its final decision by end-January.
