Ofcom publishes Q4 telecom, pay TV complaints report

UK regulator Ofcom has published its report on consumer complaints it received in the fourth quarter of 2015. While consumers first raise complaints with their providers, if the problem is not resolved within eight weeks, they can apply to an independent dispute resolution scheme and some also choose to contact Ofcom.
