Ofcom reports latest telco customer satisfaction levels

UK telecoms providers have maintained a level of customer service of between 67-76 percent of consumers, according to Ofcom's latest customer satisfaction report. Around one-fifth (17-19%)of consumers in each of the broadband, mobile and pay TV markets had contacted their provider in the three month period in 2015. This compares to 12 percent of landline customers. Up to 2 in 5 consumers (27-37%) in each market who had contacted their provider said this was with a complaint. Dissatisfaction in relation to complaints was at least two times higher than for non-complaints across all sectors:
