Ofcom study shows lack of diversity in TV industry

UK broadcasters need to improve the diversity of their workforce, with a new study from Ofcom showing that women, ethnic minorities and disabled people are all under-represented in the TV industry. The report focuses on the five main broadcasters - the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Sky and Viacom (Channel 5 owner).
