Ofcom to probe network access break at 3 UK

Ofcom has started an investigation into 3 UK after the operator notified the regulator of a temporary reduction in the availability of its network. Ofcom said the availability may have affected access to Emergency Services and could there therefore be in violation of certain codes. The rules say there should be uninterrupted access to emergency organisations.
