Ofcom's new Code of Practice for broadband providers comes into effect

Ofcom's new Code of Practice for broadband ISPs comes into effect on 01 March. The Code is part of the regulator's work to promote Fairness for Consumers to ensure they get a fair deal and are treated well by providers.
