Ogero says IMEWE cable under maintenance

Lebanese operator Ogero says the India-Middle East-Western Europe (IMEWE) submarine cable connecting Lebanon's internet to the outside world was undergoing maintenance, but it expected the work to be completed by 08 February without significant interruption to users. Ogero CEO Imad Kreidieh told the Daily Star that the regular maintenance normally takes about four to five days.
