Oi creditors have 15 days to file claims

Creditors of Brazilian telecom operator Oi have 15 days, starting from 20 September, to lodge claims with the company, according to a notice published by the Court of the State of Rio de Janeiro, reports Jornal de Negocios. Within this deadline, creditors can submit to the appointed judicial administrators, PricewaterhouseCoopers and law firm Arnoldo Wald, their qualifications or their disagreement with the related credits. For their part, the judicial officers have 15 days to submit a preliminary report of the activities performed by each of the Oi group companies.
