Oi leads customer rejection rankings among Brazilian mobile operators

Market research conducted by NZN Intelligence has revealed that, among the major mobile operators in Brazil, Oi is the one that attracts the most consumer rejection, reports Exame. The analysis showed that 60.8 percent of customers are likely to abandon the company's services and 51.6 percent are dissatisfied. In the case of second-placed Vivo, only 47.6 percent of customers are likely to leave it.
