Oi minority investors against sale of Timor Telecom stake

The Association of Minority Shareholders (Aidmin) of Brazilian operator Oi has filed a petition in the 7th Corporate Court of Rio, responsible for the judicial recovery process of Oi, asking that the sale of the subsidiary Timor Telecom is not authorized by Judge Fernando Viana, reports Valor Economico. The group requests that the operator provides complete information about the operation, to be analyzed by Oi and others involved in the judicial recovery. Aidmin questions the sale of Timor Telecom to Investel, a company controlled by the former president of Timor-Leste, Abilio Araujo, for USD
