Oi sale of mobile business attracts industry opposition in competition review

Brazil's Administrative Council for Economic Defense (Cade) has accepted competitors and industry associations and consumers as interested parties in the process that analyzes the sale of Oi's mobile assets to Claro, TIM and Vivo, reports Veja.
