OIAG to borrow EUR 280 mln for Telekom Austria capital hike

Austrian state holding company OIAG will borrow the EUR 280 million it needs to maintain its 28.4 percent stake in Telekom Austria when it raises its capital before mid-2015, and will repay the credit through its dividends, Der Standard reported. It was citing interviews by OIAG CEO Rudolf Kemler with the newspapers Kurier and Presse.
