Omnitel and Baltic Data Centre change legal status

Lithuanian mobile operator Omnitel and the company Baltic Data Center (BDC) have changed their legal status, reports Vz.lt. The entities, which used to have the status of private companies, have become joint stock companies. Both companies are subsidiaries of the fixed operator Teo, which announced the change via the Nasdaq Vilnius stock exchange.
