ON Semiconductor prices USD 700 mln offering of convertible notes

ON Semiconductor has priced its offering of USD 700 million worth of 0 percent convertible senior notes due 2027 at 42.5 percent of its closing share price on 11 May of USD 37.17. The company kept its greenshoe at USD 105 million. The unsecured notes will mature on 14 May 2027.
