Open Fiber confirms management shake-up, names new directors

Italian wholesale operator Open Fiber has confirmed the appointment of Francesca Romana Napolitano as its new chief executive, replacing Elisabetta Ripa, who has stepped down as CEO and managing director. In her first intervention as CEO, Napolitano submitted a new organisational structure to the board providing for the appointment of Mario Rossetti as managing director. The board also appointed Giuseppe Conti and Alessandro Tonetti as new directors, replacing Ripa and Rossetti, with Franco Bassanini continuing as chairman.
