Openreach attracts interest from equity firms, infrastructure investors - report

BT Group is evaluating options for its fixed-network division after receiving informal interest from private equity and infrastructure investors, reports Bloomberg. According to unnamed sources familiar with the matter, BT is considering inbound proposals including the sale of minority and majority stakes in Openreach.
