Openreach consults on process, timeline for WLR withdrawal

Openreach has announced plans to consult on the process and timeline for the future of Wholesale Line Rental (WLR) and related products in May as it looks to migrate all customers to digital phone services by 2025. WLR services used the copper-based public switched telephone network (PSTN).
