The Digital Innovation Zone (DIZ) partnership in Essex and Hertfordshire has announced plans for a full-fibre broadband network connecting 83 GP surgery sites across Broxbourne, East Hertfordshire, Epping Forest, Harlow and Uttlesford districts.
