Opta publishes Annual Report for 2012

Opta has published its Annual Report 2012, containing the most important market data and providing a review on operations. Monitoring was expanded last year in terms of cookies, the obligation to report leaks and hacking events and the issuance of certificates. The attention to spam and telemarketing has led to a number of fines and other penalties. In 2012, Opta completed six market analyses: fixed telephony (two market analyses), termination rates for consumer broadband, broadband for business customers and unbundled access to corporate fibre networks.
