Opta working on new MTA FTA draft decision

Dutch regulator Opta is currently working on a new market decision for fixed and mobile mobile termination. The current regulation will run out on 1 July. The regulator wants to present a concept draft of the new MTA FTA 4 decision in the first quarter. The document will undergo consulation on a nation level and then go to the European Commission. Call termination is a system of fees enabling operators to get paid when their network is used. The fee is collected by the provider on whose network a call ends.
