Optus announces 2018 Future Makers finalists

Australian operator Optus has announced that innovative technology services that address social challenges focused on employment, education, health and wellbeing and empowering women and girls, have secured a share of AUD 280,000 in grant funding, after successfully pitching to an expert panel at the third annual Optus Future Makers event. After completing a 4-month accelerator program to develop their skills through workshops and mentoring, each finalist pitched their service to a panel of judges comprising World Vision Australia's Pam Rebecca, Thankyou Group's Daniel Flynn, IAG's Julie
