Optus considers rebranding to 'Yes' - report

Australian carrier Optus, owned by Singtel, has considered changing its brand to the word 'Yes', the Sydney Morning Herald reported. Unnamed sources told Fairfax Media that Australia's second-largest operator has done focus group testing and market analysis to find out how its business would fare if its "Yes" tagline was adopted as its official name. Over the past year, the word has been trademarked for a number of products by the company, including "Yes TV", "Yes Crowd", "WiFi Talk Yes" and most recently the word "Yes" on its own. "Yes TV" is understood to be the new media platform the
