Optus FY revenue drops 7%, EBITDA down 25% on COVID-19 pandemic impact

Australian operator Optus posted operating revenue of AUD 8.32 billion for the year ended 31 March, which represents a decline of 7 percent year-on-year. EBITDA also declined by 25 percent and EBIT plunged 77 percent, due to the COVID-19 pandemic impact and lower NBN migration revenues, the company said.
