Optus prices AUD 300 mln notes issue

Australian telecommunications provider Optus has priced a AUD 300 million, five-year, fixed-rate notes issue, which will be issued on 12 December. The notes are guaranteed by Optus and certain subsidiaries and will mature on 12 December 2018. Optus will utilise the funds for general corporate purposes.
