Oral arguments around US net neutrality laws will take place on 1 Feb

A Federal Communications Commission (FCC) request to delay oral arguments around the repeal of the 2015 net neutrality rules has been denied, Reuters reported. The FCC made the request to postpone the arguments, citing the partial government shutdown, but the court said the arguments should take place, as scheduled, on 1 February. The FCC had no immediate comment on the decision.
