Orange and Dauphin Telecom ink Saint Martin fibre rollout deal

Caribbean operator Dauphin Telecom has announced an agreement with Orange to roll out fibre services in the French overseas territory of Saint Martin. Under the terms of the MoU, each operator has agreed to prevent infrastructure duplication by specifying their areas of deployment and providing access to their respective fibre networks. Other operators will also be able to access the new infrastructure under conditions defined by French regulator Arcep.
