Orange Belgium to launch its own fibre offering

Wednesday 6 March 2019 | 14:52 CET | News
Orange Belgium will provide fibre services via the Fluvius optical fibre network. Fluvius is deploying a neutral utility fibre network that third parties will be able to use for their own services. Orange will create its own backhaul network. Fluvius is the main competitor of Proximus, which is also rolling out fibre networks in Belgium. Telenet is putting its focus on bringing fibre networks mainly to business and industrial sites.
