Orange defends bid for Belgian shares, says will not raise price

Orange has confirmed it has no plans to increase its offer for the rest of shares in Orange Belgium. Following calls from minority shareholders to raise the bid, Orange issued a statement outlining why it considers the price of EUR 22 per share fair.
