Orange France agrees 15-year green electricity deal with Engie

Tuesday 16 February 2021 | 09:10 CET | News
Orange announced a corporate power purchase agreement with Engie France for the purchase of renewable energy produced by wind farms and solar plants. The 15-year deal will support Orange's environmental commitments in its core market. Two French solar farms will be built to help meet the company's green power needs, both located in the Hautes-Alpes region. These new facilities in L'Epine and Ribeyret are expected to be operational by the end of 2022, with a combined output of 51 MWp.
