Orange France remains top of UFC-Que Choisir rankings for fixed and mobile services

Orange continued to top the rankings as best mobile and fixed broadband service provider, compiled by French consumer association UFC-Que Choisir. With a score of 13.8 and 13.6 out of 20, Orange and its low-cost brand Sosh remained ahead of Bouygues Telecom and Free, both at 12.5, within the mobile category. MVNO EI Telecom, which operates under the NRJ and CIC brands, received a grade of 12.3, ahead of La Poste, with a score of 11.8. SFR and its no-frills brand, RED by SFR, continued to receive the lowest marks (8 and 8.6 respectively).
