Orange launches Firefox phone in Senegal, Madagascar

Orange Senegal and Orange Madagascar have started selling the Orange Klif 3G smartphone, running Firefox OS. The 3.5-in touchscreen phone comes with 1.5 GB of data to be used in the first three months. It features two Sim card slots, 512 MB of memory and an FM radio. Orange will introduce the Klif in more markets across Africa and the Middle East later this year. Orange and Mozilla said they wish to bring internet access to millions of  people who until now could not afford a mobile  service.
