Orange is preparing to carve out its mobile tower assets into a separate company, reports the Financial Times citing sources close to the matter. The plan is expected to be presented at the group's investor day on 04 December, although a detailed strategy has yet to be ratified at board level. The move could be a first step towards a potential sale of at least part of the new tower company, in line with similar deals agreed in the sector.
