Orange Poland closes BlueSoft acquisition

Orange Poland, Tokajami Limited and Wellchosen Investments Limited concluded the final agreement on 12 June for the sale of 100 percent of Polish company BlueSoft and transferred ownership to Orange Poland on the same date. A payment of PLN 147 million has been made and the rest will be settled before the end of 2022, based on the achievement of certain financial targets in 2019 and 2020, as well as certain other legal conditions.
