Orange Poland loses dispute with Polkomtel over sale of block in 1800 MHz band

The Polish Supreme Administrative Court (NSA) has issued a ruling on the appeal by Orange Poland against the decision by the Voivodeship Administrative Court (WSA), which confirmed that regulator UKE correctly discontinued the proceeding for the sale of a block in the 1800 MHz band by Polkomtel to Orange, reported Telko.in. NSA confirmed that UKE was right to accept Polkomtel's withdrawal of the application to transfer the licence to Orange.
