Orange Poland raises equity in FiberCo subsidiary

Operator Orange Poland has raised equity of its subsidiary Swiatlowod Inwesticje (Fibre-Optic Investments), reports Telko.in. It raised the share capital to PLN 155,000 by issuing 3,000 new shares with a nominal value of PLN 50 each. According to Wojciech Jabczynski, a spokesman for Orange Poland, this is a simple recapitalisation to fund the current activities of the company.
